vpcs不能和路由同时开启
vpcs不能和路由同时开启打开路由的bat，在开启vpcs，vpcs就会自动关闭
打开vpcs，在开路由，路由只会滚动显示一些错误
如下

我的vpcs-0.16a1 cygwin1.dll由于VPCS和DynamipsGUI版本不一样，可能会造成错误，所以都换成VPCS-0.16C文件里的cygwin1.dll 楼上是正解。我以前也遇到过，就这样解决
